Hi,

I've got a lovely double room to rent at Galleons Reach, in East London, E16. Its a min from the station.
Its in a beautiful modern building with concierge and security.
the development is right next to the marina. The flat has a huge balcony that extends across the whole side of the building.
it has a gym on the site, that cost around 30 pounds a month.
The flat has washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge freezer, underfloor heating and superfast broadband (20gig).
The room is furnished and has large windows.

All the bills are included.

with regards to myself, i am a professional. I work in Canary Wharf. I think myself considerate and kind, and easy going, and seek a similar person to share the flat with.

Not really a party animal, but enjoy a glass of wine/beer and socialising.
I'm tidy and clean and usually get a cleaner once a week.
