Double room Mon-Fri let

The let is for 4 nights per week (Monday to Friday) in my mid terrace house in Walthamstow.

You'd be sharing just with myself and a cat. The room is a double on the 1st floor and has a really comfy double bed, bedside table, large chest of drawers and a clothes rail.

Downstairs is the lounge/dining room, main bathroom and kitchen with doors leading to the garden.

I'm an illustrator/art director with a penchant for mid century interior design, I keep a clean and tidy home which is very chilled and quiet during the week.
the cat, Puss, is only allowed in the downstairs rooms and mainly sleeps these days but will want you to stroke her.

£600 PCM includes all bills, broadband and clean bed linen/towels weekly.

10 minutes walk to the High street with the longest street market in Europe, international supermarkets and tonnes of pubs and restaurants. The village is about 12 mins away with even more nice pubs, bars and restaurants.

Transport is really good and varied: 5-10 mins walk to st James street station (Liverpool street is 15 minutes away). 10-15 mins walk to Walthamstow central (Oxford circus 20mins on the Victoria line). 15-20 mins walk to Lea Bridge.

There are also several buses (158 and 58) 2 minutes walk from the house and good cycle paths to hackney, the marshes, Epping forest etc.

Parking is available on the street directly outside the house but it's resident permits only so you need to buy your own permit or book daily on the Ringo app with my visitor permit.
