The house is in a popular area of London E17 and is well serviced with all the public amenities.

The house is newly and tastefully decorated for professionals who are looking for an upmarket style accommodation. The house is fully double glazed with a modern and energy efficient central heating system and comes complete with unlimited optical fibre broadband.

The bedrooms are comfortable, freshly decorated with good quality Ikea furniture. The double bedroom is spacious and sunny and looks out onto the garden. The single bedroom is a good size and has its own advantages.

Location-wise, we are placed close to all amenities including well-established bars and coffee shops. We also have excellent public transport links while still being leafy and green. Walthamstow is an upcoming area of London with excellent new developments which include a new state-of-the-art cinema.

We also have a mall which houses a number of high street chains and branches of several banks are located within easy distance of the mall. Walthamstow also boasts the longest market in Europe, where you can find a good bargain, as well as the William Morris gallery, which was the winner of the Art Fund Museum of the Year award for 2013. IKEA Edmonton is close by.

Enviably for London and other parts of Walthamstow we have easily available free off-road parking.

Blackhorse Road and Walthamstow Central, on the Victoria Line, are 10-15 minutes walking distance.
There is a regular bus service from Walthamstow Central, the W11, every 10 minutes; with a bus stop a few metres from the house. 158 goes into Stratford town centre.
The N73 night bus service also runs along Forest Road.
A rail service runs every 15 minutes from Walthamstow Central to Liverpool Street (on the Central Line) and takes only 20 minutes. The Overground rail service from Gospel Oak to Barking passes through Blackhorse Road and Walthamstow Queens Road Station.
Oxford Circus is 30 minutes by tube from Walthamstow Central.
