Sharing with a professional, single mum to a lovely 9yr old girl that lives with me part of the week. Room for a single person is £850 includes all bills, we can discuss requirements for couples. We are close to the Central Line, Snaresbrook tube and a really great high street with lots of independent shops, cafe’s, restaurants, pubs..... Gail’s coffee shop and Ginger pig butchers on the high street. We are known as the Hampstead of the east! 😂... but without the hefty price tag! There is a monthly street market (once restrictions are lifted!)
Lots of green spaces on the doorstep for you to enjoy. I also have an allotment if your interests stretch to growing your own!
It’s a perfect little place with lots of amenities in the area, Epping Forest is on our door step.

I am easy going, just like to keep things clean and tidy (hence I arrange for a weekly cleaner)! I am sociable, but respect others boundaries and space when they need it! I enjoy cooking, keeping fit and chilling at the weekends if not out with friends or down at my allotment!
