A great flat overlooking the beautiful Shadwell Basin and just a short walk to Shadwell station (Zone 2, serving the DLR and London Overground). The flat is situated in a large block overlooking the basin and has a security gate and comes with a garage (currently used for storage), as well as access to visitor parking.
The area of Wapping is very lovely and quiet, the basin is busy on hot days, but it is very quiet for being just outside Zone 1.

The room itself is fairly small, but has a comfortable bed, a large fitted wardrobe and has room for a bedside table and desk.
The rest of the flat consists of a large, open plan kitchen/living area with large TV and comfortable sofa/seats.
There is also a balcony overlooking the basin, and is great for eating/reading/doing work on.

The current tenants are both in their 30s and very easy to get on with. One is a free lance production assistant, whilst the other is a website developer who works from home.

The bills/council tax are not included in the price, and are split evenly between the housemates and generally come to around £90 a month per person.
