The flat is central heated, double glazed and not directly overlooked by neighbouring buildings.
Fibre optic broadband, Sky TV, aswell as a well equipped fitted kitchen, with microwave, oven, hob, American style fridge freezer and dishwasher.
A cleaner comes once a week and together with council tax and bills is included.
The bathroom includes a shower and there is a 2nd toilet in a separate cloakroom. We have a washing machine and a separate dryer.
Within the block is a secure bike store.
Nearby are Sainsbury's Local, Tesco Express, Cost Cutters, and a variety of fast food outlets. There are local pubs and coffee shops about 5 minutes walk away and a park that fronts the river.
