Good sized double room in a modern town house in Wapping. The room contains a large fitted wardrobe and looks out over the green in the middle of a very peaceful cul-de-sac.

Excellent transport links, 10-15 minute walk to Tower Hill/Aldgate East/Aldgate/Shadwell/Wapping. Despite being so close to the City it is a remarkably quiet neighbourhood.

Two mins walk away from a large Waitrose. Wapping Lane is also nearby with a doctors surgery, post office, independent coffee shop, pharmacy and a few restaurants. St Katherine's Dock with pubs and some very nice restaurants is a stone's throw away.

Bills include a cleaner for the communal areas of the house, £90 a month

You would be sharing with a trio of fun, sporty housemates from UK, France and the US. Sometimes we have barbecues in the garden, or go slacklining/climbing together. We would love to meet someone who would socialise with us occasionally.

Our ideal flatmate would be a professional male who is 26-36 and does not smoke. The room is available from 12th September (but this is could be brought forward), and we will be doing our viewings soon.
