Huge Double Room for Couple Available Again!!

Ad ref# 14334490

The room has become available again! Looking for someone to take it ASAP

Huge Double Room (part furnished) stonesthrow from Columbia Road, Broadway Market, London Fields & several stations!

Looking for professional couple (no singles or students sorry) to join me and Juno the Cat, at the beginning of January in my modern, two bed flat in Hoxton.

My departing housemate described me as “She is clean, easy-going, and has a keen taste for film and TV.” I like to point out that I’m also Australian, I’m vegetarian (but you dont have to be) and I like cooking and binging Netflix. I work in TV, so my work hours can be long, on weekends I love going to markets or the cinema or having my friends around for a meal and a movie.

As for the room, it fit my housemate and her partner comfortably, it’s pretty spacious and has a built-in closet. The room gets plenty of natural light and faces away away from the main road, very much a blank canvas. The room will be with a bed.

The building is pretty quiet and chill most of the time, we have access to a large, social courtyard just footsteps away which hosts building BBQs in the summer. We also have our own balcony, separate lounge with an open plan kitchen with a dishwasher and induction stove. The bathroom is shared, however I am very clean, and it also has a towel heater (fancy) and the building has a secure entrance with video com and an elevator.

The surrounding area: we’re a street over from the canal so the building is aptly named Canal Mill Apartments. Although it’s quiet we are a 15 minute walk from central Shoreditch/Dalston and only a 10 minute walk from Vic Park/Broadway Market/ London Fields/Brick Lane - There is also direct buses to City of London and Central London.

Some of our local pubs/bars include Rolling Stock, Sager + Wilde Wine Bar and The Barge House. We are also very conveniently located just off the Shoreditch Pho Mile where you can find the best Vietnamese food in London.

I'd prefer a couple to fill the room to keep the bills down and share housekeeping responsibilities, otherwise I'm looking for people around my age, with a fairly quiet lifestyle (as in no massive parties, i'm 25, so I'm too old for that!) and just general dynamics that match with the house. LGBTQIA welcome.

Please include in your message, who you are, how old you are, you're occupation, lifestyle, hobbies, and a compliment about Juno (I will pass these on) The property management are STRICT - They only take professionals with full time employment, this means NO students, NO part time employment, you have to demonstrate you can afford the rent with proof of income and self employed have to provide more references. Please confirm you understand this in your message.
