Huge Bedroom in Penthouse Flat | Private Rooftop

I'm looking for a new housemate to take my place in this wonderful flat!

The room is a massive double room with a decent sized En-Suite bathroom. Also, there is space for a couch and desk (so perfect if you have to work from home).

The flat is 4 bedrooms, with a bright open planned living room and kitchen along with a large bathroom. The flat also has probably one of the best rooftop terraces in East London (we're not even exaggerating!) This is accessed straight from the living room.

We definitely have a community feel in the house - and will often hang out, make dinner or go for a drink together. We love a Sunday night movie or a summer BBQ! We're looking for someone who would like to be a part of that. All current housemates (Annie, Jack, Sam) are in their late-20s/early 30s and are professionals in the 9-to-5 grind. We would like to keep an equal gender balance, so are looking for a (self-identifying) guy to join us.

The flat is in a secure modern building with a lift up to the fourth floor where you can find us. It’s close to a number of supermarkets, cafes, gyms and bars. The canal and Victoria Park are just a five minute walk away, with London Fields, Broadway Market and Columbia Rd Flower Market also within close walking distance.

The flat is a 5-10 minute walk from Bethnal Green tube station, a 2 minute walk from Cambridge Heath station and is surrounded by bus stops in every direction!

Bills come to roughly £80 per month.
