Columbia Road - Double room, south facing

Hi there,
One of our flatmates is moving out in January and we are looking for female flatmate to take over the room.

We are currently two people living in this beautiful house, architect & graphic designer, working in a London based firm and mostly working from home these days.

The house is right on Columbia Road (home of the famous Columbia Road Flower Market) and walking distance to Shoreditch, the city, the central line, northern line and the overground. It’s a great area to go out for dinner, drinks, a walk in Victoria Park or along the canal. On the street itself there are lots of nice places such as the Birdcage (best pub in London), a great bakery, antique shops, restaurants and places to have great brunch. Broadway market and Brick Lane are also just around the corner and have a lot more to offer.

The house itself has a very nice charm, it’s very bright and spacious and there is a small patio to fully enjoy the summer. In the kitchen there are all the amenities. The landowners are very nice as well, we never had any problems with them and they are very helpful when needed; plus we never have to deal with an agency!
