Double room in friendly flat share - London Fields

We’re looking for a nice easy going, clean, sociable person to join our flat share in London fields!

What
We have a double room coming up at the end of November (can be flexible a week or so either side). The flat is 4 bed, has a good sized living room and separate kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom and a little Juliet balcony.

Where
We’re between Columbia road and Broadway market- prime spot for plant and sourdough lovers alike 😉
We’re a 5 minute walk from Cambridge Heath overground, less than a 15 walk minute to Bethnal Green and right next to Hackney Road which has super regular bus routes into central London. Pub goers are spoilt for choice around here, there’s Saturday and Sunday markets right on our doorstep and Victoria park is a 15 minute walk along the canal.

Who
We are 3 northern girls in our late 20s who are all friends 😁 We all work Monday to Friday in social media, policy and charity. A mixture of home working and in the office at the minute. We like to hangout (watch tv, brunch, roasts, pub trips here and there) we’re not a weird “culty” flat though, everyone does their own thing too. During the week we’re also pretty chill so you don’t have to worry about a sesh happening right next to your room.

How
Rent is:£744
Deposit: £750
This doesn’t include bills which are usually around £50-£60 a month. That’s water, WiFi, electricity, gas and council tax and each of us are responsible for sorting one utility out. We have a cleaning rota so everyone does it once a month, up to you if you want to do it yourself or pay for a cleaner on your weeks.
The room will be available around the end of November but this can be flexible if needed.
