Good sized double bedroom (furnished) with floor to ceiling windows/doors on to the balcony. You will have sole use of the family bathroom. There is a utility room with washing machine/tumble dryer, ironing board & iron. Plus a good sized storage cupboard.

The flat:
Open plan kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, nutribullet) and living room (Netflix, SmartTV) with dining table & benches. There is also a covered balcony, accessible from the room. There is secured underground bike storage, a concierge and gym with treadmills, machines, weights etc. Cleaner once a week.

Location:
On the canal in between Victoria Park and the Olympic Park. 7 minute walk to Hackney Wick Overground Station.

Me:
31, fairly active, play a fair bit of sport, seeing friends and getting out of London at weekends to head to the coast. Happy for you to have friends round, as will I but it’s not a party flat. Work in Moorgate and am usually out most evenings. Learning French atm so bonus points if you’re fluent!

The room should be available by 20th Sept. A friend is staying while he waits for his own purchase to complete so the room may be available a little earlier.
