A stunning, bright and spacious double room in a modern 2-bed flat in Fish Island Village, Hackney Wick. The apartment is furnished to a high standard throughout, I love this place and will be sad to leave but I am going travelling.

You will be sharing with a 29 year old professional female, clean, tidy and sociable. This is a chilled space to relax in and not a party house. Preferred female share and no couples.

The flat itself has an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen as seen in the photos.

The living space has a comfortable sofa, footstool, and TV, as well as a fun vintage space invaders arcade game. The dining area has a lovely wooden dining table with benches which can sit 6 comfortably

The bedroom I am renting has a double ottoman bed with great storage underneath, 2 x bedside draws, a large chest of draws, and a wall mounted clothes hanging rail as well as access to the balcony from the bedroom.

The flat has two bathrooms, you will have predominately sole use of the main house bathroom which has a bath/shower with great water pressure. I have my own en-suite but happy to share when needed as I occasionally use the bath.

Hallway – has 2 large storage cupboards, one houses the washer/dryer and the other is huge, large enough to store a few bikes etc, to be shared by the house.

There is a very secure underground bike storage facility in the basement of the building as well as resident gym.

Bills are included and covers – council tax, WiFi, TV, electricity, water and gas.

6-minute walk to Hackey Wick Tube Station.
You will be singing a 6 month tenancy agreement, from the 1st April . Rent is due on the 1st of each month payable monthly in advance. Cleaner not included (£24 per room mate per month).
