Wonderful room in beautiful home in Chingford

I have two rooms in my small but beautifully formed home in Chingford.

The rooms are furnished with a bed, storage and an external wardrobe. There is space enough for a small desk and a chair. The previous occupier had been working from home comfortably in the space.

Located in Chingford you are a pacy 15 minute walk to Highams Park station (through some woods, if you choose, for those beautiful sunny mornings and evenings). Alternatively you can catch the bus for a quicker alternative.

Highams Park station will provide you with the overground straight into Liverpool Street in approx. 25 mins.

An equally short 15 minute bus journey will also take you to Walthamstow where you could stay and enjoy the delights of Hoe Street or the Village. Perhaps you’re feeling braver in which case the Victoria line will whisk you away further into the depths of London. Oxford Street is only about 30 mins from the front door!

I love living in Chingford. You're on the very edge of Epping Forest and with the canal on your doorstep, nature is never far away.

The house is a quiet house. I enjoy my peace, which was one of the main reasons I moved here in the first place. The road is quiet and my quiet house only adds to the tranquility of the surroundings.

The house has a seldom used television. There is not an aerial but there is wifi and it's a smart TV so there is access to on demand streaming services, if that takes your fancy.

I'm looking for someone to join me in my home. Someone respectful, calm, considerate with whom I could share an occasional dinner at home or a quiet afternoon in the beautiful garden. I am house proud so please be prepared to do you own washing up, your share of the cleaning and generally keep the place clean and tidy.

It's a small house so please consider this when thinking about whether or not to have people visit. If they're visiting you, they're visiting all of us :)

A third of the bills will come to approx. £95 per month so please consider that in your budget planning.
