I don’t think the pics do justice to the space I could happily send some videos if you message me. It also looks a bit different as the sofa is now just a double seater and no desk inside the room.

The house Is big, bright and spacious and with tons of storage and there is plenty of space.

We are looking for the right person to join my lovely two flatmates :)

We are after a female ideally looking for a home. A working professional, quite clean (please be honest here to avoid disappointment from both ,sides :D) someone considerate, empathetic , that appreciates living on a quiet respectful and clean space . Someone whom enjoy her own time and plans but would like to hang out from time to time.

During summer The house is lovely to have BBQs, mix friends and enjoy the sun in the back garden sipping on a cocktail/mocktail.

***Please note this is not a a party house at all.

Flatmates:

You would be living with my two favourite flatmates in all my time in london…Tere is an amazing Pastry chef and Lucia who’s studying a phd loves going out to spending time with her friends and loves watching a good show or enjoying a meal.

We all Love watching tv, hanging out, eating out a. And chilling together from time to time when possible as we are all quite busy living our individual lives in london.

Anyone would be very lucky to live with this pair and I’m so sad to be leaving them to move back home.

The room ( which I’m leaving)

The room is big, south facing, bright and spacious enough to put a desk in if needed, (
mbut there’s an office space in the same floor) & 2 seater sofa in the room. It is located on the second floor of this cute 3 story house. It could come part furnished with Japanese tatami mats, ( the old flatmate might be open to sell this to the new tenant if needed or sell it but the furniture it’s very cute already) a almost new hybrid mattress ( I bought at the end of the pandemic so not old at all and super comfty ) it has a small walk-in closet , and a big book shelve.. Black out curtains for a good rest and cold protection. Pics don't do it justice I think, it is quite spacious, sunny and nice.

Bills are £100 pm approximately on top of rent.
Sometimes is less but that’s the approx.

The house:

3-floor mid-terrace house,
3-bed, 2 toilets, has one full bathroom with big bathtub on the top floor ( no mould, and very clean ) and a guest toilet on the second floor.

On the top floor, you We have the Full bathroom and our rooms.

On the second floor, we have an office space that could double up as as a spare room If needed for the ocasional visit , which is very rare for London. You can also use it to chill and hang out, watch tv or work.

On the first floor, we have the kitchen which is very much the heart of the house, with a cute sunny patio that opens up to a big garden on the back...where you will usually find us if it's sunny. Love to cook and have every appliance, baking utensil you could think of. Our place is always cosy and clean. We love sharing meals and having a chat over a glass of wine or eating freshly baked goodies.

Huge Garage and Storage space, for anything you don't want to keep in your room, dry and no mould on it. We also have a parking space but is rented at the moment to save on bills but this could be free it if necessary. We keep suitcases and bikes in the garage, My ex flatmates used it as a painting workshop so there’s that flexibility too.
