Beautiful characterful chatsworth road room

Due to the current Situation I am sadly looking for someone to take over my contract on my big and beautiful room 🌞 The photos really don't do it justice - it's lovely a big with lots of shelves/storage. The room is on the lower ground floor, it has a big window and is slightly below street level. It’s super cute with low ceilings (ceiling height is about 6’4”) and plenty plug sockets!

You’d be living with 4 others, all super friendly and social. We live on Chatsworth road ... very close to all the restaurants and shops and next to the market on Sunday. We’re only 10-15mins walk to either Homerton or Clapton overground, and with good cycling routes to more central parts of London.

The House:
We have a large garden with a living space, kitchen and one bathroom (with toilet, bath and shower). The house has been completely refurbished when we moved in last year, so is in great condition.
The room is a double, with bed and mattress included. You can have the other furniture if required.
Looking to move out ASAP and the tenancy Is until end of October.
Usually everyone is busy working in the week with full time jobs and seeing friends in the evenings, going to the gym, or having a drink at the pub. But currently everyone is at home enjoying drinks in the garden a lot more!

The Housemates:
You'll be living with Ellie, Caitlin & Joe. (All mid 20s).
Ellie is usually working festivals over the summer and when she’s not travelling you can find her doing a workout in the garden and cooking up some treats!
Joe & Caitlin are a couple and have the biggest room. They both usually work in events and are always up for having a beer in the garden.
The final flatmate is TBC ... unfortunately two of us are moving out of London due to the Corona situation.
Everyone is super lovely, social and creative. They REALLY can’t wait for a pub trip soon.

The Brief:
We are ideally looking for a housemate who enjoys a glass of wine and of similar age (mid twenties), fun, clean, considerate and sociable. We're pretty outgoing, and are foodies, so someone with a similar mindset would be best. No students or couples, sorry! (Also, as much as we love pets, our landlord has a very firm ‘no pets’ policy ... no matter how cute)
Rent: £785 excluding bills (they are no more than £60a month)
Deposit: £750
