Beautiful Big Double Room next to Chatsworth Rd

Hello!

Sadly I am moving back to my country and we are looking for someone to take over my beautiful room for the remaining time of the contract ( until the 18th of February). The person moving in will then have the option to take over the lease if they are interested.

The house is beautiful and spacious, located in a quiet and residential street between Chatsworth Road ( full of cute shops and organic grocery stores) and Hackney Marshes for walks in nature. We are also less than 10min walking from Homerton Overground Station and we are surrounded by bus stops, so very well connected.

You will be living with two other lovely girls who work in Fashion and Social Finance, very relaxed and who enjoy to watch Friends on repeat and have home-made vodka martini's after work ;)

We have a big garden and I'm leaving some beautiful rose bushes behind, so a plus if you have a green thumb! We also have a massive bathroom with a bath and a shower. Great if you are into soaking in epsom salts as much as we are.

The room is available from the 6th of December, with some flexibility around the date. It comes unfurnished but we have a double mattress (still in it's original packaging) available if you'd like to buy it from us.
