We are looking for a third person to share our household, as one of our flatmates is relocating from London. The room will become available at the beginning of July.

You would be sharing with a gay Physics PhD student who likes cooking, videogames and music, and a gay artist who is into yoga, keeping fit, music, films and reading. Both are tidy, quiet and respectful of personal space, but also enjoy being social. LGBT friendly.

Ideally we are looking for a like-minded flatmate with similar interests and someone who is looking for a home, rather than just a room.

The house is bright and airy with high ceilings, lots of plants and good light. There is plenty of space - in addition to the kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher etc. included), bathroom and bedrooms, there is also a shared lounge, dining room and additional study.

The room available is a good-size double, on the ground floor with a bay window and original fireplace mantlepiece. It is part-furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and shelving unit.

There is a large south-facing garden with a patio (ideal for BBQs) and a large shed for storing bikes etc. The property is within 1 minute from the cycle Greenway on a quiet residential street.
