Hello, we have one room available in a spacious, bright and friendly Upton Park house. We’d love to find someone who is looking for a welcoming community to call home.

About the house:

The house is modern, bright and spacious (6 bed, 1 big kitchen, 1 communal living area( under refurbishment), 1 patios and 2 bathrooms. The house is 5-minute walk to Upton Park tube station and a 15-minute walk from East Ham.

There is no obligation to socialise but friendly chats when cooking or the occasional trip to the pub is definitely welcome. We are looking for a respectful, tidy, and easy going/mild mannered professional. Although, we enjoy having friends round for drinks and dinner, this isn’t the kind of space that welcomes afterparties.

If you don't mind having a Bengal cat and potentially one more, as a current flatmnate has one as well( currently just in the room )browsing around, I am looking forward to your enquiry for a viewing!
