Working professionals, clean and easy to get along with, seeking for a lovely person to take over a cosy double room within our property.

Our professions are within physiotherapy, illustration, animation and decorating, so during these times, a pretty equal balance between working from home and away from it.

We respect each others space and lifestyles & are also a friendly bunch to share the home with, keen to maintain a clean, relaxed and homely vibe to the house.

The room size is roughly 4m/3.8m, ideally to be let furnished, but we have a small basement in which we could store what might not be needed inside the room.

The property has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen and dining area, basement, a cosy little garden and parking is on street.

Strictly no smoking inside the property

We also have a cat, who spends most of the time outdoors (damn allergies) but will be in the kitchen area every now and then.

Looking for a person of any background, genre, profession etc as long as you are responsible, acceptant of other people's lifestyles & would rather find a home than another awkward house share in London.

We are based in East London, E7, zone 3, great connections within 10 mins walk from the door, either via Wanstead Park Overground (for Victoria line interchange at Blackhorse Road) or Forest Gate station (TFL rail, 5 &12 mins to Stratford & Liverpool Street for Central, Jubilee, DLR, Circle, Metropolitan and other underground lines as well as National Rail services) & access to 24h buses.
