Front room

We are seeking a new housemate, in our friendly, relaxed house.

Location:
- Stratford station 5 min bus ride away, Forest Gate station (12 mins into Liverpool St) 5 mins walk away
- close to lots of parks and green spaces
- local independent cafes and restaurants and bars minutes away (e. g. Cups & Jars, Tracks, Tromso)
- Hackney, East Village, Wanstead, and East Ham are a short bus journey away

The room:
- large room with wooden floors, and a large window with a view into the garden
- large, comfy bed
- has 2 x large wardrobes, a bookshelf, a desk and chair - but still plenty of room for other furniture if you have some

The house has 2.5 bathrooms (2 bathrooms and cloakroom downstairs), spacious kitchen, lots of living spaces, and a large garden.

We are an Australian couple with a toddler and a baby, and one French-Englishman - one of us works in IT, one is head brewer at a micro-brewery, and one on a career break / is a perpetual student. We are a quiet yet sociable household (we are a mix of social introverts/ quiet extrovert) have our own schedules and interests, but also very much for share-house living, and care who we live with. We generally try and be green/ environmentally conscious but not militantly so and probably could be better, we share occasional meals, and host occasional couchsurfers. We are seeking someone similar - friendly, clean and considerate, open-minded with various interests.

The rent includes bills, including Internet, and a cleaner who cleans the shared areas once a week.
