One double room available in large house in Leyton/ Stratford / Maryland / Leytonstone. The area is quite residential and peaceful, just out the way of the hustle and bustle.

All bills included except gas and electric (coming to around £50 / month).

The overall feel of the house is creative, tidy, chilled out and respectful of each other's space. There’s sometimes the odd gathering / bbq / communal meal. The house is big enough for everyone to have their privacy though.

The room is a good sized, light, ground floor double. Furnished with a desk, wardrobe, chest of draws and bed.

The house is quite spacious and has a nice garden, big sitting room, dining/eating area, kitchen, upstairs bathroom with WC and additional WC downstairs.

It's roughly a 12 min walk to the new Elizabeth Line station, Maryland, also a 14 min walk to the Central line Leyton tube. You can also walk to Stratford in about 20 mins (central/ jubilee / Overground / Cross rail). Westfield is just down the road, and if you like cycling/ walking, there is plenty of green space around - Queen Elizabeth Park to your West, and Epping Forest and Wanstead Flats to the East.
