One-month June let at half price £300 no deposit

This is a spacious, light-filled double room to rent in a flatshare with one male and one female flatmate in a great location.

The cost is £300 for a one month stay with all bills included (wifi etc too).

The room comes fully furnished. The chest of drawers shown in the picture is now fixed.

There is also a big garden which is ideal for BBQs in the Summer, and a small black cat called Kitty.

Current flat mates are Nathan (english),thirty years old and a secondary history teacher and Julia (Polish) who's a student. We both tend to be quite busy with work, but enjoy a glass of wine and a meal when the chance comes.

There is not a living room but socialising happens in the kitchen and the lovely garden.

The flat is in an amazing location, five minutes from Hackbey Central overground station, a 35 minute bus journey from central, with many bus and train routes nearby, and excellent cafes, pubs, bars and parks like London Fields within easy walking distance
