The room is gorgeous, very bright, clean and spacious with a built-in wardrobe overlooking a private garden. I'm happy to leave the bed and some furnisher or empty if you have your own. The living room, kitchen, and bathroom are shared. (the piano and some of the furnisher in the living room will leave with me). You will be sharing the flat with my lovely flatmate Marina.
Our lease ends on the 18th of August so it will be a 2 months max. rent.
Its £850/pm without bills I can offer £900 all incl. ( bills - council tax- water. Electricity - internet )
