We are seeking a new flat mate to join us from Feb 11th.

Your room:
Airy, unfurnished double with tonnes of natural light, a big window perfect for setting up a desk space complete with built in King Single loft bed. As you can see in pics previous flatmates have opted for a double in the nook beneath the loft bed which can then be used as a spare bed or for storage if you choose this option.
The room has a high ceiling with built in level for storage above door.
The room is newly carpeted and unfurnished bar the loft bed and a clothing rail which can be provided should you want it :)

We are friendly social housemates with respect for shared spaces and downtime and are often around for a catch-up or a drink at the end of the day if you’re into it But equally happy to have an independent housemate that does their own thing too

Kingsland Road between Shoreditch and Dalston. 1 min walk from Haggerston Overground & other great transport links to Liverpool St and the city in our doorstep. We are right by Regents Canal and several parks too - Stonebridge Gardens, London Fields, Shoreditch Park.

Our kitchen & bathroom are fitted with all the essentials and the building has a laundry room with a washer & dryer.

Bills: £50-£70 pm (very low in Summer)
