Hello Future Flat-Friend!

Finding a house in London is easy, finding a home is not, but we think we’ve kinda nailed it!

THE HOUSE:

We have a double room in our GORGEOUS house;
- Victorian Conversion
- Private, South-Facing, Beautiful Garden
- Bright Interiors with original features
- Fantastic central Dalston/Hackney location (5 min walk to Dalston junction)
- Bright modern bathroom
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher
- Lots of storage throughout the house
- Heating throughout and the house stays warm
- Bills ~£95/month

THE ROOM:
- Part-Furnished Double Bedroom, overlooking the garden = quiet, sunny and with a gorgeous leafy view
- The space is 6m², please see the floorplan in photos. It's a small double that fits a double bed and a desk.
- Room is available from 7th of july 2021

THE FLATMATES:
Hi 👋 We're Sali & Johanna!

We're two chilled, hard-working (from home atm) ladies of leisure 👩🏼‍🌾 🧝🏻‍♀️
We're both chatty and love a good laugh, we have a lot of respect for the home we are part of and cleanliness is important to us.
We would love to meet someone who is looking for a home and new friends, but we are also very understanding that everyone needs their own space 💌

Johanna knits and Sali does a lot of macrame and makes dream catchers so we could have a whale of time sitting together, sipping wine and getting our craft on listening to music or watching the great pottery throw down.

We're super excited to be able to host dinner parties in the house together, drink one (or 7) glasses of wine in the lounge and have chilled garden parties in the sun, but that's as far as it goes in terms of party-parties for us (during or post lockdown), those days are kinda over for us haha.

YOU:
Ideally we are looking for someone who is not working from home since both of us do, juggling calls could be difficult 😅
You're just as keen as us to become friends but you also have your own Thang going on.
