1 large en-suite Double Room available in a large 3 bedroom Victorian house on Sandringham Road. There are 3 storeys, high ceilings, original features, lots of character.

The available en-suite bedroom is on the 3rd floor of the house (top floor). It has in built wardrobes, a shower, toilet abs wash hand basin in bathroom attached. It feels very private and is cosy.

You will be sharing the house with two males in their 30’s, Ash and Matt, Ash is an entrepreneur and Matt is a designer, they enjoy a few beers, relaxing and working hard too. They are super easy going and kind guys.

To explain the layout of the house. As you walk in on the right is the Victorian style lounge over looking the street, then the ground floor bedroom is next to that. Up the stairs on the first floor is the kitchen (it’s how some Victorian houses were designed) with a bedroom next door. On the the landing there is the shower/bath. This shower will be shared by the two rooms on the ground and first floor.
There is also a toilet on the ground floor too.

We have a back garden. It gets a lot of light in the back and will come with a BBQ too. Perfect for summers.

Bills are excluded and will work out at approx. £117 p/m if there are 3 people. This will include council tax too.

We would like the house to be ideally occupied by like minded people, open minded and respectful of noise.
This is not a party house, it will be used as a home. Of course bring people over have dinner parties, but there is a community here with the neighbours and we want to continue that good feeling. :-)
