HUGE room in beautiful E8 Victorian Townhouse

When I say huge room... I'm not kidding.

2 rooms, joined by floor to ceiling doors, floor to ceiling windows with lots of natural light, a fireplace, wooden floors and built in shelves. Ground floor rooms in a 4 storey townhouse shared with 3 others. This room also has a private bathroom with shower and toilet a few steps away from the bedroom room.

There is a large shared living room and kitchen downstairs with access to the garden, shared basement storage area and side alleyway suitable for bikes and outdoor equipment. Communal areas are furnished but bedroom and bathroom is unfurnished.

I'm moving out as it's time for me to move in with my other half - somewhere between excited and gutted as I love this place. Current tenants include British girl who works in PR, American guy who works in film production and Aussie girl who is a social worker. All super sociable and love to hang. Everyone loves a drink but we rarely bring the party home.

Ideally looking for someone creative, sociable, tidy, respectful and who loves this space.
