It’s available from 1-21 April, and I’m open to short term sublets within that period. The room is the whole top floor of a three-storey townhouse within a gated community in Dalston/Hackney E8, inbetween Dalston Junction/Kingsland and Hackney Downs stations.
The room is over 8 metres long, with its own balcony, and gets lots of natural sunlight. It has its own ensuite with a shower and toilet. It also has a sit/stand desk and super king sized bed.
The bottom floor of the house has a courtyard, open plan living room, dining room and kitchen as well as another toilet. The kitchen has a Sage barista coffee machine you’d be free to use.
You’d be sharing with two lovely young Australian professionals.
