If you decide to take over the contract we will have to discuss furniture as the flat was completely unfurnished when we took it. We can sell you our furniture for a very small price or empty the flat. Your choice we are quite flexible.

We are open for both a short let or long let, putting you on the contract from November or waiting until our current one ends. There is flexibility so reach out to let us know what you are after and we might be able to work it out.
