Lovely room in a mid-terrace Victorian house with tons of common space including:

- Large living room
- Spare room (guest/exercise/office/storage)
- Dining room
- Garden
- Three toilets (one shower), only one is pictured because the others are just toilets

Bills come out to around another £100 on top of rent.

The room itself is large and has tons of light owing to bay windows. It includes a massive dresser. The roommates are absolutely lovely people, both professionals who work from home.

I'm gutted to leave the place as this room and the roommates are fantastic - but i'm moving in with my girlfriend so I'd love to find the perfect fit for the house and the roommates!

We're very respectful of the place and each other. We keep the flat clean and make sure we're all comfortable with the place. They are two lovely people who love to cook and sometimes spend time together watching TV or cooking together! We also respect each others' space, and given the house is so big you can easily keep to yourself if need be. The ideal roommate would be clean, easy going, drama free, and respectful. Any cooks would be more than welcome!

About the flatmates:
Subin works in tech and Christina works for the civil service. They're both clean, quiet, and easy going people who are happy to share a meal/drink/both if you want to but more than happy to give you your space if that is what you need. They both moved in over the summer and we have had a great time cooking, watching movies, and BBQ-ing in the garden since then!

About the area:
We are about 5 minutes' walk away from London fields, Well street common, and Victoria park - all lovely green spaces. We have many large supermarkets and smaller green grocers nearby, including broadway market within 10 minutes' walk away. There are lots of buses, overground, and cycling routes that make getting anywhere in London very easy from the house.
