South Hackney Double Room with Garden View

We are currently looking for new flatmates to move into our lovely flatshare.

The Room / House

We have a mid-size double room available. The room is rear facing and looks out directly onto our lovely garden so it’s very light, quite private and off the street. And the house also offers quite a lot of storage space.
The room comes unfurnished, although our current flatmate is happy to leave the wardrobe (for free!!). There's also a couple of other items which can potentially stay (including a chest of drawers and a chair).

We have a decent sized living room and dining room space which is great to chill in and good for bike storage.
There’s also two full bathrooms (each with a shower and bath- fancy we know...) so no waiting for showers etc.

We have a communal living and dining room and we also have a nice little garden which is big enough to host BBQs in the summer.

A bit about us…
We are currently: Jess, a radiographer Chris a charity researcher and our newest flatmate James, who works in tech for the NHS. Currently looking for a nice, sociable (and well house trained!) new flatmate to make the place their home.
We're a sociable bunch and have the odd night in/ night out together but we all have our own lives too. Would very much like to find someone who wants to make the place their home and not just a place to crash.

The Area
The area is great with Well Street Common and Victoria Park just a few minutes walk away, plus there’s some great pubs including the Kenton which is one of the nicest locals in East London. We’re ideally situated with Hackney Wick and Dalston just down the road and we’re on the doorstep of Londons Field and Broadway Market.
There's a Tesco around the corner and big Lidl for all your shopping needs.

Transport
Homerton Overground is a 5 min walk away (and will take you to Highbury & Islington or Stratford in 10 mins) or it’s a 13 min walk to London Fields (which will take you to Liverpool Street in around 12 mins). There’s also two bus routes that will take you from the centre of town to the top of our street.

Rent is £620 for the room
Bills usually come in around £80 a month and we each take a different one to manage.

Deposit for the room is: £625
