Queer home, 2 bed flat, next to Hackney Marshes

Hey!

Am looking for someone to come share this gorgeous flat with me. It’s a short term let initially, with the potential for staying on longer term.

The flat is on the top/ 4th floor of a block of flats and is accessed by a lift. One side of the building has a view of Hackney Marsh and the other side looks over Daubeny fields. It’s an amazing location as you have nature right on your door step, but also really close to Hackney, Chatsworth Road, Hackney Wick etc.

There lots of great things about the flat, underfloor heating in the bathroom, the bathroom and toilet are separate, the kitchen has a dishwasher, induction hob and electric oven, and the bedrooms are on either side of the living room so there’s more privacy at night time too.

The bedroom comes with lots of storage space with built in wardrobes, a bed with an adjustable frame so you can use the mattress here or bring in your own one.

I work in therapeutic healthcare and am out at a clinic 3-4 days a week treating people, and then work from home doing admin and online consultations/ meetings. I work in the living space when I’m at home and we can talk about making sure that works for the both of us. Alongside this Im also involved in some community and collaboration projects around social justice and health. I love cooking up a feast, spending time connecting with friends, resting and being non productive, watching drag and exploring gender. I’m white, queer and genderqueer.

PS, just to give you some info on the bills, water, internet and council tax come to £80 each. Gas and electric I pay on a month to month basis so we know how much we're using, and the last bill came to £22 each.
