This is a BEAUTIFUL flat in an AMAZING location!

Your prospective housemates are Jess (26 years old, a town planning consultant) and Elizabeth (30 years old, a barrister).

Elizabeth has been living in the flat since 2014 and Jess since 2015. We love living here and think that you will too!

In general, we lead quite busy lives. However, on those evenings when we are all at home, we enjoy hanging out together. We like to have the best of both worlds: each of us is free to do our own thing, but we are always available for each other if we need to talk things over after a stressful day at work or just want to chat.

We both attend the church downstairs (Holy Sepulchre London) and our Christian faith is of central importance to us both.

The church is still a working church, so we have our own separate entrance. The space was formerly accommodation for the verger and the church school (amongst other things); but, in recent times, has been converted into a flat. Whilst it has been modernised throughout, it retains many period features (think leaded window and vaulted ceilings).

The flat is furnished and consists of a shared kitchen and large living room/dining room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is spacious and airy. We have a cleaner who comes every week.

Your room is a good size. It is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. You would also have your own bathroom.

The location is truly amazing! The flat is a stone's throw from the Old Bailey and St Paul's Cathedral; Covent Garden is a 20 minute walk away and Oxford Circus is only 4 stops away on the Central line. We are within walking distance of City Thameslink, Farringdon and Bank stations.

The room is available from mid-July but, if you are looking to move later, please do let us know and we may be able to be flexible.
