Tower block with concierge service, right next to a park, 24hr shop, Tesco, and takeaways/restaurants. The flat is south facing, with large windows and a small balcony, so there is sun throughout the day. It is located between Old Street (11mn walk), Barbican and Angel (12mn). King’s Cross is an 11mn bus ride. There are Santander Bikes and Mobikes across the road, and a bike cage at the bottom of the building.

The flatmates are two male musicians (Australian professional and French doctoral student), passionate about health, philosophy, tech, and we often play video games, watch series, dine or exercise together.

Bills are about £55 per person per month (Virgin 380Mb/s, EDF) + about £150 per person per year for Thames Water. The agency cost for drawing the tenancy agreement is £45, the change and ref check are £36. (These are mandatory).

Unfortunately, I'm having to leave this amazing flat, but honestly, you won't find nicer flatmates anywhere else. If you want to live with caring people; in the heart of London, then this is for you.
