Room with own bathroom in a modern apartment

Up for rent is a room in a renovated apartment in a converted warehouse. The bedroom has high ceiling and plenty of wardrobe space (double wardrobe). The apartment comes fully furnished. The room comes with a double bed, two bedside tables and a tallboy. You will also have your own bathroom as the other room has an ensuite.

In terms of shared spaces, the lounge and the kitchen are both very nice and modern. The kitchen comes with modern appliances (a dishwasher and washing machine/ dryer). There's also a loft on top for storage or if you have guests visiting, they can sleep up there.

The location of the apartment is in an amazing location. It's very well connected, it's 8 minutes walk to Old Street station and 15 minutes walk to Angel station. There's a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment. There's plenty of restaurants, pubs and gyms around the area.

You will also have access to a small gym that's location in the building next door.

You will be living with us. We are an Australian couple who are both professionals. We have been living in London for about 1 year. We would like to live with someone / a couple who are clean, chill/ easy going and who we can have a couple of drinks with every now and then!

The rent amount excludes bills. The bills usually come to about £100 per person (includes a cleaner who usually comes every 2 weeks to clean the whole apartment). The rent contract will finish at the end of Feb-21.
