Spacious double room in zone 1(ideal for a couple)

Hello!
Allison & myself (Will) are looking to replace friends of ours who are moving out at the end of October, we'd ideally like a couple as there's a couple moving out - On offer is a spacious double room in a great location!

Pros for the room:
Really big room
Friendly housemates
Great communal space
Big bathroom with a bath
Good outdoor space
Clean & tidy
Amazing location

Cons:
One bathroom in the house (it has yet to be a problem as currently two housemates do shift work so there has never been a mad morning rush)

The house is on a main road, though windows are double glazed and the current occupants sleep at the front of the house and get a good night's sleep.

What we're looking for:
Alli and myself are both professionals looking for nice friendly people who want to live with us, be social and enjoy the house! We are very clean, have people over and pre Covid enjoyed the nightlife together that's on our doorstep. The current occupants are buying a house and plan to move out at the end of October. The house is mostly furnished though will be low on pots & pans, and some kitchen utensils, the room will come with the bed that you see. Two of the house are currently wfh and two aren't (one of each are leaving) and that is probably our ideal split for future housemate(s) but details can be sorted in the future.
