Large Room in Shoreditch/Hoxton/Old Street

Hi!
We're looking for a young professional to take over a large bedroom from 21st November in a sociable 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house, 5 minute walk from Old Street Station. There is lots of transport links nearby, the canal and all of East London's great places within close distance.

The room is spacious with two windows one of which is large, has a great view and more than enough space for a double bed. The room comes unfurnished aside from the bedframe. It is on the main road so it can be a bit noisy on weekends but sunday to thursday is usually more chilled. No couples for this room sorry!

The Kitchen/living room is large with a dining table and sofa. We have lots of household cooking and cleaning items already but any more you bring are always welcome! We have a washing machine, dishwasher for when we have a lot of washing up and panini press aside from the usual bits and bobs. The bathroom is big as well and great for a bath. We have a terrace on the 3rd floor that faces off the road and is super nice in summer for bbqs and relaxing.

Current housemates are:

Fiona who is a lawyer (one of the good ones though) and enjoys cold water swimming, drinking coffee, cycling and looking after (and occasionally accidentally neglecting) her amazing plants

Oscar who works in a record shop and Djs occasionally. Loves music, films, Peep Show and cooking.

We are looking for a nice friendly person who wants to live with us, be social and enjoy the house! We are very clean and respectful, making sure the space is always clean and tidy for everyone else. We love watching films and cooking together, hanging out after work and going to the pub together but we all also have our own thing going on and are respectful of everyones space.

The terrace has become plantless since the photos but we do have a great BBQ and chairs out there. The living room layout has also changed since the photos.
