Hi there, nice to flatmeet you.

Double bedroom in the Golden Lane estate available from 1st April 2nd July (unfortunately someone else is moving on 3rd July 2022). The room has plenty of space, cupboards and a nice big window.

The flat is very central, really well connected for transport and is walking distance from the following stations:
Barbican - 3 min
Old Street - under 10 min
Farringdon - 10 min
Liverpool Street, St Pauls, Moorgate - all under 15 min.

The central location of the flat means it's close to lots of things - pubs, clubs, bars, Shoreditch to the east, the Barbican arts centre, various museums . It's very quiet and green for somewhere so central - the Golden Lane estate has a nice community and a reduced price gym, swimming pool and tennis courts for residents.

- The flat is newly renovated
- New kitchen includes washer/dryer, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, oven etc.
- There is a living room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, separate WC and bathroom with shower (no bath)
- There's also a small balcony with enough space for a table and a few chairs
- We have a projector installed in the living room which is great for watching films
- Secure bike shed/storage on the ground floor
- Bills included -> internet, heating, cleaner 2x/month, electricity, water, council tax (this would otherwise be about £120/month each), so the rent would otherwise be around £820/month

Flatmates:
George (me) is 28, works in tech for a language learning app and is interested in music, photography, international development/social impact and lots of random things.

Leo is 25 and works at a health research foundation. His interests are travelling, learning languages, playing keyboard (with headphones on!), community development and exploring London with friends.

It would be good to have an equally lovely flatmate. We'd rather live with someone we get to know at least somewhat than just saying hi once a week.

We're quite tidy but not obsessively - mainly we'd like to have the kitchen, living room and bathroom kept clean, with everyone tidying up after using them. We also have a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks (included in the rent).
