Hi, I’m Fi! I’m a 22 year old professional from Essex. My housemate is moving back to Australia so I’m looking for someone to move in from 20th January until 20th August (when the lease ends).
The flat is modern and spacious, with an open plan living room / dining room / kitchen and a shared bathroom. It has four large windows as you walk in which mean it is really bright and airy. It is fully furnished.
The available bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, full length mirror and a desk. Per month per person, rent is £1,200, utility bills are approx. £60, wifi is £10 and council tax is approx. £80.
