Double Bedroom in Barbican tower flat

Amazing opportunity to live in a gorgeous flat in Cromwell Tower on the Barbican Estate with three other people. I am an architect, and Lorraine studies literature, so we are all busy but friendly :)

Room 1 (pictured in photos) has access to the balcony which wraps around the whole flat, it has a built in wardrobe and floor to ceilings windows. The room will be unfurnished.

Room 2 (shown in the video) also has access to the balcony and floor to ceiling windows. It comes with a bed and a wardrobe that you are welcome to replace if you prefer.

Both rooms are the same size and Room 2 has slightly more flexible layout if you have a large desk.

We're looking for someone looking to stay long-term and treat it as a friendly home. We're all busy but love to have the odd dinner together or head across the road for a film/exhibition.

There is a large communal lounge, the kitchen is an original galley kitchen with all the 60s fittings (plus a garchey waste disposal) plus a breakfast room/dining area. There is a dishwasher and washer/dryer that we all share.

The building has a 24 hour concierge, so is completely secure and will always accept packages when you're out. There is a big Waitrose just a few minutes away and smaller Tescos nearby that stay open late.

There are restaurants on Whitecross street, and all of the Barbican Centre is on your doorstep, with access to all of the residents gardens and a few extra perks like discounted Barbican membership.

Both Barbican and Moorgate stations are extremely close, with access to Barbican via the highwalk.

Rent is inclusive of all bills, fast internet, Barbican service charge, a cleaner who comes once a week.
