We are renting out a lovely, comfortable, fully furnished double room right in the heart of the City of London. We would like to find a tidy, sociable professional to share this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat with a friendly young professional couple. The room is available straight away and we can be flexible for the right person.

From the pictures you will see that the room is comfortably furnished with a double bed, lots of light and a whole wall dedicated to storage space. You will have your own bathroom (complete with proper, powerful walk-in shower) to yourself.
The rest of the flat is modern and fully furnished with amenities including fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher and TV. It is on the third floor (with elevator access) of a quiet, clean, well-maintained residential building.

The location is a huge draw here. We are right in the heart of the City of London, but a quick and easy walk from the bars, restaurants and clubs of Shoreditch and Brick Lane. You will be a couple of minutes walk from Aldgate/Aldgate East (Circle, Metropolitan, Hammersmith & City lines) and Tower Hill (District, Circle lines) stations, as well as Aldgate bus station and Tower Gateway DLR. The flat is also a short walk from Bank/Monument (Central, Northern lines), Liverpool Street station and London Overground services from Shoreditch High Street, Whitechapel and Shadwell.

The price is fixed at £900 per month before bills (electricity, water, council tax, 5G broadband). To get in, we are asking for a month's rent up front (to cover your first and final months in the property).
