Hello! We've got a bright double bedroom with ensuite bathroom available in our 3-bedroom flatshare in London Fields.

Our flat is located at a 2-minute walk from London Fields Park, close to Broadway Market and Mare Street. The Overground stations of London Fields and Hackney Central are each within walking distance too.

The flat was converted/refurbished a couple of years ago and has wooden floors and brick walls throughout. There's a spacious living room with a fully equipped, modern kitchen.

Your room is the ensuite bedroom, which comes with a double bed, wardrobes and a contemporary private bathroom (with toilet, sink and walk-in shower).

You'll be joining a nice flatshare with 2 other girls. Both are professionals in their early thirties, who are working as a teacher and economist whilst enjoying and exploring all that (East) London has to offer (having said that, this is most definitely not a party flat!). We are looking for someone with a similar profile - whether male/female, individual/couple..

We're renting the flat through an agency and you'd be joining the contract as the third tenant. The monthly rent is £1150 and bills add up to £75-100 a month (this includes council tax, water, gas, electricity and WiFi).
