London Fields Hackney 2 bed / 2 bath - Short Term

The apartment is in a modern high rise building in London Fields - Hackney with two double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms have ample storage, double beds, windows facing south east and an abundance of light. The living area has a very comfy sofa, a 4 person dining area, a large screen smart TV, few windows and a balcony. There's an open plan kitchen with gas stove, washer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and another balcony.

The apartment gets a lot of sunlight. You will get unobstructed views of London Fields, The City, North East London and Canary Wharf and you will enjoy the sunrise from the kitchen balcony and the sunset from the living area balcony.

The building is in a secured community with concierge and 24hr gym and in the middle of it all;

~5-10 min walk to London Fields, Broadway Market, Regents Canal, Hackney Picture House, and Hackney Central, and London Fields Stations

~15-30 mins walk to Bethnal Green Station, Dalston, Columbia Road, Shoreditch, The City, and Liverpool Street.

There’s quite a lot of buses 1-5 mins away that’ll take you to South, Central, and West London. There's an abundance of highly rated, independent, and really cool restaurants, coffee shops, bars, pubs and bakeries that are a stone throw away.

The house is available to rent on a short term basis while we travel. This is our home and we're looking for people to make it theirs and treat it, and the community, well. We will leave all cookware, utensils, linen, etc for you to use during your stay. The rent is £1990/month plus utilities (council, energy, water, and Internet) which comes up to ~£400/month. Its available mid January for ~2-3 months. We’re going to be flexible with the dates and duration for the right people so let us know if you’re interested and we’ll go from there!
