Room available in London Fields £650p/m

My flatmat Beth is leaving our flat and so I have a large double room available in our lovely flat in the heart of London Fields, therefor I'm looking for someone to take over the rooms on the 5th of November.

The flat:
It’s a three bedroom flat with a big living room and a separate kitchen. You’ll be sharing with two friendly housemates, Natasha who works in film/TV and Marish who works in flower design. We also have a bearded dragon called Falkor who is very sweet.

The room comes furnished with a double bed frame, mattress, a chest of drawers, a free standing wardrobe and some shelves.

Location:
The location is ideal as it’s a 5min walk away from Broadway market, Regent’s canal and London fields park.

Transport links:
- London fields station - 3min walk
- Bethnal Green tube - a 15 min walk / 5min bus ride
- Hackney Central overground - a 12min walk / 5min bus ride
- There’s also plenty of buses leaving from our doorsteps.

We’re looking for…
- a sociable & laid back person between the age of 27 and 38.
- someone who’s tidy & clean
- a working professional

It would be nice to have a social person that likes the occasional drink but this is our home not a party house.

Rent:
The rent is £650 a month for the room.
Plus around £130 for bills. This includes a cleaner who comes every fortnight.
