London Fields and Victoria Parks are seconds away and the very cool Broadway market is across the street. Every weekend there are amazing food markets in the parks and lots of live music with local vendors selling cute nick knacks.

The property has excellent transport links. London Fields overground station will get you into Liverpool Street station within 8 mins. Bethnal Green station on the Central line is a 12 mins walk away or you can hop on one of the regular buses from the bus stop just across the street.

You can be in the very hip Shoreditch within 10 mins and central london within 25 mins. Stansted and City airports are easily accessible via the Stansted Express at London Liverpool Street station or a 20 mins taxi ride (£20 roughly) to London City Airport.

There is an unlimited amount of brilliant restaurants (my favourites include Bistroteque, El Ganso, Lardo and Song Que), pubs, bars and indoor markets with wine bars, record stores and florists like Mare Street Market.

On Sundays you can visit Colombia Road Flower Market and swing by Brick Lane and Spitalfields Market.

The building itself is very friendly, safe and quiet, with young families or professionals who live here (30 flats). The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric stove and a wine fridge!
