Double bedroom in London Fields flat. The room is furnished with a double bed, side tables, desk, a tallboy, and huge built-in cupboard.

There is a living room, kitchen, balcony (south facing) and split bathroom. There is also a community garden and allotments, should you wish to grow your own. We're located just two minutes from the lido and park.

Parking outside. Plus bike racks.

Two options available here:

- A couple to take on the flat and look after it with me being there intermittently. I'd really like someone to treat the place as their own and take care of the plants ideally on a long-term basis. (1 year plus). I will be travelling a lot for work so you would also have use of the second bedroom and the flat while i'm away.

I would be nipping back for just a few days at a time - away frequently such as for 3 weeks plus. The price is £1,600pcm inc all bills. The second bedroom must be available for me to use on/off so this is not suitable for two individuals or for three people. However, the room can be used however you like while I'm away.

- Second option is for an individual to sub-let the room for six months. You would be sharing with my current housemate Anna, a very lovely 35-year-old Sommelier. The price is 950pcm incl all bills.

Move in date is flexible but ideally early June.

Here are a few details about the area.

Broadway Market is a five minutes walk. London Fields lido (and London Fields park) two minutes walk. Victoria Park 15 minutes.

Tons of excellent eateries a few minutes by foot, such as the Portuguese Love Affair. Hackney City Farm has an amazing garden and Italian restaurant.

Tons of pubs nearby. You can follow the canal (five mins from here) to Victoria Park / Hackney Wick or the opposite direction to Angel and beyond.

There is an excellent walk from the flat into Liverpool Street going via Columbia Road Flower Market.
