We’re Edmund and Chan, on the lookout for a third person to join our flat in London Fields. Edmund’s a graphic designer and Chan’s a vet, pals that met through SpareRoom earlier this year. We’re easygoing, enjoying relaxed weeknights and weekend pub trips with friends. Looking for someone laid-back who fancies the occasional pint. A double room will become available from 20th Dec in the area of London Fields.

Utilities
The flat has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate kitchen, a large living room which is perfect for chilling out in and having a glass of wine. It catches the sun in the evening and is bright throughout the whole day.

There is lots of storage space- two large cupboards for shoes/coats/bits and bobs and secure bike storage downstairs. The flat itself is within a complex of 6 so nice personal, friendly vibe.


Price
Bedroom is £750 and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and curtains. It's a great room with floor to ceiling windows running across the whole wall.


Location
The flat is an approx 5-minute walk to London Fields overground, 7 minutes to Hackney Central and has lots of buses only a few minutes walk away. A thriving area with lots of cafe culture and great places to eat out. London fields is a couple of mins away.
