- The house -

Beautiful flat in the Electric Lofts building on London Lane. It’s a 3 bedroom flat with 2 bathrooms and yours it will be a private en-suite. Huge living room with warehouse style exposed bricks, really well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine) and super comfy couch, ideal to spend loads of time inside as given from the current COVID situation.
There is also an internal courtyard in which you can safely park your bike without worrying of leaving it in the street and double access door that separates from the road.

- The room -

Double bedroom en-suite. Really big room equipped with good size bathroom. Plenty of storage as well: the room comes furnished with mattress, bed frame, bed side table, huge chest of drawers, rocking chair. The room features a really spacious built-in wardrobe in which I store all my hanging clothing and all of my luggages. Plus there are two big sliding drawers under bed. Big windows which guarantee long hours of lights in the room, ideal for growing your plants 😊

- The people -

3 bedroom flat and you’ll have the chance to spend real quality time with two great individuals both working in the creative industry: Jannic, Norwegian/Jamaican working in communication, with a real passion for movies and gaming and Manu, British guy working as a Graphic designer, always up for good chats in the living room. Super easygoing house and ideally looking for like-minded person.

- The Area -

As mentioned before less than 1 minute from London fields, 5 minutes to Broadway Market with few of the best cafes in London (E5, Climpson & Sons, Pavillon, Hermanos). In other periods and historical times you would have also many options of restaurants, pubs and bars. Just fingers crossed all of these will be back soon 😎

London fields overground station 2 minutes away (in 3 stops in Liverpool St) and Mare Street just few steps away from the entrance door with buses which can take you to Bethnal Green station and central line in 5min.
