Looking for someone to sublet my room for the remainder of my lease through April 15th, as I’m moving back to Canada - room available as early as 1 November though I can be flex on a Nov move-in date, and lease ends 14th April 2022 with option to renew lease after that

Flat situated just off Mare St. in the heart of all the best London Fields has to offer - Mare St. Market, Netil Rooftop, & Broadway market plus loads of shops, bars, & restaurants. The area is fun, vibrant, and filled with young professionals!

Well connected: London Fields Overground (2 min walk), Hackney Central Overground and Bethnal Green (Central Line) is 10 min walk either direction / 5 min by bus.
Parks: 2 mins from London Fields, 10mins from Victoria Park
Grocery Stores within 5 mins: Broadway Market, Sainsbury's, & LIDL

The Flat
A 2 bed, 2 bathroom in a new build secure building on 2nd Floor. It’s an open floor plan with shared kitchen, dining room and living space with private balcony that gets sunshine all day. Flat comes furnished with all amenities you'd need - full kitchen (large fridge, freezer, 2 ovens, microwave, plenty of cupboard space), dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, floor heating, airflow, and 2 hallway storage closets. Flat also setup with Sky TV/Netflix package, high-speed internet, and a fortnightly cleaning service. There's a communal courtyard, shared building garden terrace, elevator access, and secure bike storage downstairs. The neighbours are all on a Whatsapp group together and very friendly! The flat is furnished, however there’s space for extra accent items - chair, bookshelf, or rugs/decor!

Has a king size bed & Casper mattress (new from 2021), built in large wardrobe, and a your own bathroom (located in hallway) outside bedroom with full bathtub and shower. The window looks out into the courtyard making this a bright, beautiful space.

Your roommate
You’ll be sharing with a clean, tidy, considerate and friendly female flatmate from USA. She’s a co-investor in the F45 gym located below our building, and daytime works in Soho at a digital agency in strategy.

You
You are a professional, clean, tidy, considerate and friendly. You’re occasionally up for cooking a meal together, or watching a new Netflix show, while equally respectful of each other’s own lives and space.

Unfortunately no pets are allowed per lease term.

Lease Term: available from 1 Nov 2021 - 14th April 2022 (agency will do a reference check for one-off fee £50)
Your share of Rent: £950
Deposit: £1000
Bills: approx £175/month (includes Council Tax, TV/Internet, Gas/Electric, Water, TV Licence & Cleaner)
